Examination and history

Your first visit will include an in-depth history and examination. The more information your chiropractor can get during the history of you condition, the better it will help them to understand how you injured yourself. The examination helps to see how your body is functioning and allows the chiropractor to zero in on what is causing the problem.

Adjustment and Soft Tissue Work

Chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work are integral to our treatment. Our chiropractors use manual and instrument assisted adjusting techniques as well as trigger point therapy and myofascial release. We may also use the Webster Technique for any breech presentations if that is a concern. 

Rehabilitation

Exercises are meant to extend the time between visits. Our chiropractors have been trained in many different evidence-based rehab protocols so you are getting the most up-to-date information to help you get back to living.
